Zoe-perry
Perry is a Chicago native birthed to Laurie Metcalf and Jeff Perry. The character Jackie Harris was played by her mother in both the two shows she starred in on Roseanne. Her parents, however, did not allow her to act until she was an adult because of the effects stress would be able to have on their daughter. Perry shy and timid to perform in the school, began performing in the theater at Northwestern University because she wanted to make new acquaintances. When she graduated, Perry relocated into New York to search for jobs on television, landing small parts in shows like Law & Order: Criminal Intent However, she was stricken by homelessness and brought Perry back home to California and she was able to find theatre jobs. In 2013 she performed in The Other Place on Broadway along with her mother. In 2015, she appeared together with Kevin McKidd alongside her mother in Eugene O'Neill's Pulitzer-winning drama Anna Christie. Odyssey Theatre Ensemble Odyssey Theatre Ensemble is located in West Los Angeles. In the year 2016, Perry appeared on nine episodes of ABC's crime thriller The Family. In 2017, she played a supporting role in ABC's thriller about politics Scandal that starred her father. She also played her older Mary Cooper in Young Sheldon - which is a CBS spin-off from The Big Bang Theory. The character was chosen by auditions, even having a strong association with it.
