Ina-Garten
Ina Garden is a famous American cookbook author who has been awarded Emmy award. She hosts the oldest Food Network show, Barefoot Contessa. The series began in 2002. The show will run for another 27 seasons. Ina started writing policies and nuclear energy papers in the White House. Although she initially found it fascinating, eventually she became bored. She then bought the Barefoot Contessa a small speciality food retailer. After 18 years of making her store a huge success, she decided to sell it and started creating her first novel. A number of other books and newspaper articles were published. The Food Network television program also was launched and soon became a hit. In addition, she sells everything from equipment to cooking tools and storage containers. Ina has never been to any cookery schools or employed in a restaurant, and is completely self-taught. Her relaxed approach to entertaining and her straightforward cooking style is well-known. Her best-known recipes include Skillet with roasted lemon chicken and Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon.
