Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete and model. Following the end of her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel was competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. She won her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. At 16, she started taking part in fitness events after she quit gymnastics. She earned her Professional Card just one year later and was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage in order to complete her education at college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up the point where she had left participating in some of the most prestigious contests like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after her initial show for several years, setting bigger goals every year. The year 2009 saw four new fitness titles were added to her collection. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take an absence of six years from competitive sports after earning her pro card to complete her college degree. In October of 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished in third place. The summer of 2016 saw her took home at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th place for The Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely zero expectations prior to the event she was thrilled with her performance. She was up against the top athletes. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel likes working out her back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over row on the machine that use single arm lat pull downs. The first step is warming up before going into working sets. Ariel is the most efficient use of her time. Converting all the back exercises into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is the way she does.
