Annmarie Fairweather is an experienced Human Resources Leader with over 30 years' knowledge. She worked with top executives in various industries to help improve the performance of their businesses, particularly during rapid growth. She was a thinker in translating the enterprise's strategies and plans into corporate strategies and employee engagement. Passionate about the leadership of teams, she views team building and learning as an essential element to gain competitive advantage. Through her extensive work experience working for Fortune 500 as well as small- and midsized companies to coach and develop managers, and achieving outcomes, she has helped to create corporate cultures that promote learning innovation and change. Annmarie is committed to helping Learning Ally in its mission as well, is also able to devote her time supporting different non-profit organizations. They include participating as an active member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee a group committed to helping women grow as leaders, and providing leadership training to The Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership organization located in North America with the specific purpose of providing education, in networking and advocacy specifically targeted at hospitals and hospitality facilities, as well as aiding Shatterproof an organization that is a non-profit national that is dedicated to stopping addiction in the United States in educating communities to help those impacted by the disease of addiction.
